Unlike the other jigsaws on this website, this jigsaw does not have a 'help' picture or a 'ghost' image to assist with its completion, although it will be a picture from somewhere in Beautiful Britain! Note - The location will be revealed when the jigsaw is complete.

Surprise Jigsaw

Desktop jigsaws from Beautiful Britain. No danger of losing any pieces!

The number of pieces may vary slightly with each new jigsaw that appears on this page, thus changing the shape of the pieces. This makes it more difficult for regular users to memorize the location of the pieces based on their size and shape!

PC machines only. Not Mac compatible.

Each week the jigsaw will have a new filename, so you can save it to your computer without overwriting the one from the previous week.

How to download:-
(1) Click on the link above and choose SAVE to save the file to your hard drive. For convenience it's often useful to temporarily SAVE things to your 'Desktop' then you can easily find them again!
(2) Double-click the downloaded file to run it.

Playing Hints:-
(1) Drag pieces to the screen edges to create more worktop space.
(2) 'Click & drag' to make an invisible rectangle to move multiple pieces.
(3) Joined pieces snap together and can then be moved as one.
(4) Jigsaws cannot be resumed after your computer has been switched off, but they can be minimized to the taskbar whilst you carry on with other computer tasks. To minimize the jigsaw click on the downward facing arrow button in the top right hand corner of the loaded jigsaw.
(5) If you purchase Jigs@w Puzzle 2 from Tibo software you will be able to copy these puzzles into your Jigs@w Puzzle 2 progam and save them to work on a later date.
